Do you need digital support?

There are lots of pro bono offers for digital and technical support being talked about on the internet, on social channels, on online networks. Womens' Resource Centre want to see if we can harness that for you. If you think your charity needs such help for digital and tech through this urgent time due to Covid-19, we want to know what that is. We hope but do not guarantee that we will be able to access such support for you.

Tell us what you need by contacting hannah@wrc.org.uk

Womens Resource Centre campaigns - sign up

At Women's Resource Centre, we are taking action to save our sector and save women's lives. Women's specialist charities reach women that other services simply cannot and these organisations are best placed to protect them and meet their needs.

But they are heading towards crisis point. The Coronavirus outbreak is having huge impact on service delivery whilst the demand for these services is set to triple.

There are 3 things you can do to help us amplify the voices of women to ensure our rights and our lives are not forgotten.

Our message to victims and survivors of domestic abuse
We know that if you are currently experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse you will know what being isolated and frightened will feel like. You might be worried about self-isolating with someone who is harming you. We’ve created this to help you think about what you might do over the coming weeks to stay safe.
You are not alone in this.
You are a survivor, equipped with the knowledge, strength and tools that help keep you and your family safe every day.

Can you help a young woman through this crisis?

Without your urgent help, young women will face financial crisis over the next few weeks - despite the relief being offered by the government.

Young women in our communities are more likely to be unemployed or on zero hours contracts. Too many already struggle to make ends meet at the end of each month. For them, this crisis will mean real hardship.
