Request from Dunkirk Refugee Women's Centre

Frances Timberlake, volunteer co-ordinator of a women refugee support organisation in northern France, is very interested in finding out more about women's workshops that women's projects have run. Frances says "A large part of our work in France is developing practical activities to build skills and confidence amongst the displaced women we work with, particularly more therapy-style activities as many of the women are suffering from trauma and depression as a result of their journeys.

Join the #faceherfuture campaign defending women's rights post-Brexit

For hundreds of years, women have worked to achieve basic rights at home, at work and in public life; rights that could be eroded when Britain leaves the European Union. We launched #FaceHerFuture with over 20 women's and equalities organisations as a collective call to action to defend our rights, and chart a course for a more equal, progressive future.
