Rosa - Justice and Equality Fund

The Justice and Equality Fund, supported by TIME’S UP UK, has launched new grants programmes which aim to bring an end to the culture of harassment, abuse and impunity by resourcing an expert network of advice, support and advocacy organisations and projects.

Rosa, the UK-wide Fund for Women and Girls, which manages the Justice and Equality Fund, has opened two new programmes:

  • The Advice and Support programme will invest up to £1 million in total for work in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, to increase access to support, signposting and expert legal advice for people who have experienced sexual harassment and abuse. Rosa is also welcoming applications from specialist organisations providing emotional support to survivors. Applications for this programme closes on 30th July.
  • The Changing the Conversation programme will offer development grants to eligible organisations to develop a strategic communications network that aims to build the capacity of organisations already working to raise awareness of the impact of harassment and abuse, challenge the current culture of impunity and to prevent both from happening in the first instance. Applications for this programme closes on 30th July.

The third programme from the Fund, Now's the Time,  will award up to £1 million through a Challenge Fund which asks: “What would you do toward ending sexual harassment?”
