Open Clasp Theatre Play 'Rattle Snake' - Watch Online

Starting on the UN Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women and continuing for 16 days of activism, watch Rattle Snake online for free from 25 November – 10 December 2019 and share with colleagues, friends and family to help raise awareness of coercive control.

To date, Rattle Snake has been used to train over 1,500 people at Cleveland and Durham Police forces with plans to roll out the training to thousands more in Cork starting later this year after a recent change to the law in the Republic of Ireland.

“The play was able to show all the progression of a controlling relationship; the put-downs, the physical oppression, manipulation and the constant drip-drip effect that eventually normalises the situation.” Cleveland Police Officer

We are encouraging screenings in community centres, workplaces, youth clubs, arts centres, pubs and clubs as well as organisations embedding the film on their website and/or promoting on social media.

25 November - 10 December 2019

There's still time to host a screening, embed on your website or share on social media

An epic tale based on real life stories of women who have faced and survived coercive controlling domestic abuse.
