Could you be the Women's Workshop lead worker to coordinate our Women First project, a two-year partnership offering a holistic support programme for women? You will
- lead a dynamic team of mentors, tutors, admin staff and volunteers, who are committed to the empowerment of women facing barriers to their inclusion?
- Recruit women within Northumberland, assess their learning and support needs, help them to engage with the project, and assist them in taking part in in-house and other relevant provision to meet those needs (including information and guidance, job search, skills development and learning).
- Liaise with other women’s organisations within the partnership and network with a wide range of other projects to get the best outcomes for and with women participants.
If this could be you, we would love to hear from you.
