Do you have experience of working with people who have experiences of domestic abuse? Do you have experience of supporting socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people who have complex needs? Do you have experience and/or willingness to work with clients who may demonstrate challenging behaviour?
Do you have experience of working in an environment that requires confidentiality? Do you have experience of working in an environment that is health and safety conscience?
Do you have a willingness to work flexible within your role? Do you have a full driving licence?

We began as a soup run supporting people who were homeless in the North East over 45 years ago, and are proud to still have our main base and central office in the North East. Since 1970, our services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.

About the job
To support the delivery of dispersed accommodation for females and males experiencing domestic abuse with additional unmet needs. To work with people accessing Changing Lives in order to improve their quality of life and to deliver an excellent service for our clients in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values and associated regulations, guidance and legislature. It essential that you have a full current driving licence due to the nature of the role.
