Durham Law School is recruiting a fixed-term (6 months) 0.4fte (2 days per week) research assistant (Grade 6 £26,243 pro rata) to work on a British Academy funded project examining Sexual Violence at UK Music Festivals, led by Dr Hannah Bows (PI - Durham Law School), Professor Fiona Measham (Department of Sociology) and Professor Nicole Westmarland (Department of Sociology). An RA is required support data collection at a number of festivals between May-August 2019.

Changing Lives is recruiting for an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA): £20,049 – £22,949 per annum, 37 hours per week fixed term until 31st May 2020. The ISVA post is based within the Newcastle Integrated Domestic Abuse Service (NIDAS). The successful candidate will play an important role in providing specialist tailored support to victims and survivors of sexual violence.  The ISVA works with people who have experienced rape and sexual assault, irrespective of whether they have reported to the police.
