A Way Out are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Complex Needs Worker (full time, contract/temporary, £20,546) to join their established Liberty Team in a new role working in partnership as part of the team led by Durham Tees Valley Community Rehabilitation Company (DTV CRC) working across Cleveland.  The role will be part of a multi-agency team offering an assertive community outreach and recovery service targeting vulnerable females who are at risk of offending.

Wearside Women in Need is recruiting the following positions:

  • 2 x Community Outreach Workers, 28 – 37 hours per week £21,074 (pro rata)
  • Senior Support Refuge Worker, 37.5 hours per week SCP 24 – 27 (£22,401 - £24,657) (Depending on experience)
  • Project Workers – Various flexible Posts, 8 – 21 hours per week, £9.17 per hour.
  • Charity Fundraiser, 30 hours per week, £20,541 - £23,111 (pro rata)

Search for Commissioner to lead response on domestic abuse – Home Office

The Home Office has announced it is launching recruitment for the Designate Domestic Abuse Commissioner, who will be charged with standing up for victims and survivors, providing public leadership on domestic abuse concerns and driving the response to issues. The candidate will also give recommendations to the government and local bodies on how provisions could be improved and highlight where best practice is taking place.

My Sister’s Place, Middlesbrough is recruiting for a Community Development Worker (Domestic Abuse) to support delivery of their early intervention and prevention work. This is a full time (37 hours per week) post. Job share and secondment opportunities would be considered. Fixed-term for 12 months with a view to extending subject to funding, NJC Scale 6: SCP26 - £23,866 - £25,463 per annum.
