A Way Out, Stockton is looking to recruit the following posts: Youth Outreach Co-ordinator (part time: 16 hours per week, £21,312 pa pro rata) and Youth Outreach Worker (part time: 16 hours per week, £17, 691 pa pro rata). The Youth Outreach Co-ordinator will be responsible for the delivery and continued development of the Youth Engagement Service whilst co-ordinating a range of existing activities and a package of support with the help of a Youth Worker and team of volunteers.

The post holder will be employed by ARCH North East and seconded to work within the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) for Teesside. The primary aim of the post is to support and increase referrals from a range of health settings into the SARC and other Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) support services, also including support to Men and Boys.

The daytime SARC Crisis Worker will provide a consistent, first point of contact for all enquiries to the Teesside SARC.
